In March 2022, HAMAC successfully delivered a state-of-the-art ​​concrete pole making plant​​ to the Philippines, marking a significant milestone in supporting local infrastructure development.

Plant Overview & Components​​

The delivered plant includes all critical components for end-to-end concrete pole production, ensuring seamless operations from material mixing to finished product:

• ​​Concrete Production Unit​​: Aggregate batcher and concrete mixer for precise, consistent concrete formulation.
• ​​Feeding & Molding System​​: Rotary concrete feeder for efficient material distribution; multiple molds (adjustable for varying pole lengths) to support diverse product specifications.
• ​​Core Manufacturing Equipment​​: Spinning machine for uniform concrete compaction; steam boiler to accelerate curing and enhance pole strength.
• ​​Material Handling & Safety​​: Overhead cranes for heavy lifting; automatic cage welding machine to ensure precise reinforcement cage production.

All equipment was securely packed into ​​4 containers​​ and dispatched to Manila North Port, with delivery scheduled to arrive imminently.

Production Capacity & Scalability​​

The plant operates at an initial capacity of ​​12 concrete poles per day​​, balancing efficiency with ease of operation. As operators gain familiarity with the system, production can be scaled by:

• Adding more molds to accommodate longer or specialized pole lengths.
